This policy explains what happens to data when you visit www.quemaresme.com. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

Nothing, unless you agree to analytics. This site has no contact form, no newsletter, no account, no login and no shop. We do not ask for your name, email or any other personal detail.

If — and only if — you press Accept on the cookie notice, Google Analytics 4 records anonymous usage data: which pages are viewed, roughly how long for, approximate location at city level, device type and where you arrived from. IP addresses are anonymised.

3. Legal basis

Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). Analytics stays switched off until you give it, and you can withdraw it at any time — see Cookie Policy.

4. Who else sees it

Google Ireland Limited processes analytics data on our behalf, and may transfer it to Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Our host, Vercel Inc., processes standard server logs to deliver the site. We sell data to nobody and share it with nobody else.

5. How long

Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Your cookie choice is stored in your own browser until you clear it.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, by writing to info@quemaresme.com. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children and collects no data knowingly from them.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
